Currently, there is no cure for Crohn's disease which is a type of inflammatory bowel disease. There is a need for research to find more effective, safer medicines. We are conducting a phase 3 research study for moderately to severely active Crohn's that is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of a new treatment. If you're someone with Crohn's disease and interested in advancing research, this study may be for you.
If you qualify, you're the only person that can decide if participation is right for you. Each person and each research study are different. Every research study has risks and benefits for you to consider when deciding whether to participate.
Adults with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease may want to take part in this study for the following reasons:
Possibly try a treatment that you previously have not.
Help Crohn's disease research move forward.
Take an active role in your healthcare decisions.
